Curvature of the penis
A moderately curved (bent or crooked) penis is very normal in males. The problem begins when this curvature affects or makes sexual intercourse difficult, or when urination is difficult or causes pain to the patient.
The curved penis has two possible clinical forms:
Incurvature from birth (congenital curve of the penis)
The congenital curve of the penis is produced by a malformation of the cavernous and spongy bodies of the penis since the birth of the male. The only solution to this curvature is surgery.
We mainly use the Nesbit technique and the cavernous body rotation technique.

Incurvature as a result of disease or trauma (such as Peyronie's disease)
It is, in short, a disease that inflames the albugineous tunic, which is the fibrous membrane that covers the testicle and that participates in erection and causes a clear abnormal curvature of the penis in erection, that is, it bends noticeably, which can hinder penetration and cause pain during intercourse.

Erection/Erectile Dysfunction
Erectile Dysfunction or impotence occurs in a patient when there is a persistent or recurrent difficulty or inability to achieve and/or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity.
Up to 80% of men may suffer from erectile dysfunction during their lifetime. In Spain, 20% of men between the ages of 25 and 70 suffer from this problem.
The recovery of an erection can be guaranteed today in almost all men with erectile dysfunction.

The different treatments available are applied in a staggered manner and practically 100% of cases can return to sexual relations.
One of the most applied techniques is Low Intensity Shock Waves:

Penile prosthesis
Penile prosthesis is a solution to impotence for patients who do not respond to other treatments such as drugs, injections or newer techniques such as those based on low-intensity shock waves.
These prostheses provide the penis with sufficient rigidity to penetrate although it must be made very clear that it does not restore the natural erection lost.

Penis enlargement
The best results are obtained by combining various techniques, such as the combined use of extensors with elongation surgery.
The performance of this surgery by a urologist-andrologist is what will ensure the preservation of your normal function. In general, creams, medical treatments and vacuum systems have little or no effectiveness in the medium to long term.
